The company Ex Top has been producing bronze and aluminum castings for many years. By constantly investing in modern technologies, they have greatly improved the quality of castings and can provide a very small share of waste castings in series production. In the territory of the Republic of Croatia, they were among the first foundries to recognize the quality of the Altair® Inspire ™ platform offered by Weiss Simulation and to gain an advantage over competitors by using Inspire Cast. This case study shows the course of the entire process from the customer’s idea to the delivered casting prototype, after which serial production was confirmed.
